IV. Technical Description
1. The rack uprights are made of cold-rolled steel sheets rolled and formed by a special cold bending forming machine. Double rows of holes are punched on the front of the uprights, and the holes are arranged in a straight line at a distance of 50mm. The holes in the uprights are used for hanging beams; two uprights are placed opposite each other, and a horizontal connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe are used to assemble the two uprights into the upright piece of the rack.
2. The rack beams use "P"-shaped tubes, commonly known as "step beams," and the height of the steps matches the height of the shelves.
3. The steel shelves of the rack are made of cold-rolled steel sheets bent on four sides to the required size.
4. The beams and upright pieces are assembled into a frame, and finally the steel shelves are laid, thus forming a complete set of medium-sized racks.
5. After all parts of the rack are processed and formed, they are all subjected to grinding, pickling, phosphating, fully automatic powder electrostatic spraying, drying, and other processes before assembly. The finished racks produced have a smooth and beautiful surface; the rack layers can be adjusted arbitrarily at 50mm intervals, and are easy to disassemble and assemble.

V. Detailed Description
1. Fully assembled structure, arbitrary combination, easy and flexible installation and disassembly.
2. The uprights are of an assembled structure, and the beams and uprights are connected by steel buckle card insertion, and are locked with a safety key to prevent falling off.
3. The rack material section is optimized, with a variety of pipe materials to choose from, improving the load-bearing capacity.
4. The uprights have an adjustment hole spacing of every 60mm, which can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the height of the goods.
5. Braces can be used to strengthen the connection between adjacent uprights in the back-to-back direction, and the bottom of the uprights can be used with ground nails to improve safety and reliability.
6. Suitable for enterprises with large storage capacity and general manual or forklift handling.
