IV. Technical Description
1. The rack uprights are made of cold-rolled steel sheets rolled and formed by a special cold bending forming machine. Double rows of holes are punched on the front of the uprights, and the holes are arranged in a straight line at a distance of 50mm. The holes in the uprights are used for hanging beams; two uprights are placed opposite each other, and a horizontal connecting pipe and an inclined connecting pipe are used to assemble the two uprights into an upright frame of the rack.
2. The rack beams use "P"-shaped tubes, commonly known as "ladder beams," and the height of the ladder matches the height of the shelves.
3. The steel shelves of the rack are made of cold-rolled steel sheets bent on four sides to the required size.
4. The beams and upright frames are assembled to form a frame, and finally the steel shelves are laid, thus forming a complete set of medium-sized racks.
5. After all parts of the rack are processed and formed, they are all subjected to grinding, pickling, phosphating, fully automatic powder electrostatic spraying, drying, and other processes before assembly. The finished racks produced have a smooth and beautiful surface; the rack layers can be adjusted arbitrarily at 50mm intervals, and are easy to disassemble and assemble.
Component Structure Medium-duty racks are assembled from uprights, beams, and shelves. An independent set has two upright frames; such a rack is called a main frame. If several sets are assembled into a row, then except for the first set, which needs two upright frames, the others can share one upright frame with the previous set; such a rack is called a sub-frame.
If the rack needs to be moved frequently, it is recommended to use all main frames. Racks connected by main and sub-frames must be moved with the main frame.

Shelf (The shelf is placed on top of two beams.)
