I. Shuttle Rack Introduction:
A specially designed racking system that is well-matched with shuttle cars. This racking system consists of upright frames, connecting pieces, special bull-leg connecting beams, special galvanized tracks, and adjustable base feet at the bottom of the uprights. To better facilitate forklift operation, a pallet limit beam and a forklift limit device are designed at the initial end of the track, and safety baffles for mechanical limiting are installed on the track surfaces at both ends of the track to ensure the safe operation of the shuttle car.
The bull-leg connecting beams, which are body-stamped and welded, connect the upright frames and tracks, forming the racking system into a unit. Horizontal diagonal bracing is designed according to the number of layers, not only ensuring the accuracy of the racking system in all directions but also greatly improving its overall stability and seismic resistance.
The shuttle car track is a special track that is roll-formed in one piece. The lower layer is the shuttle car running layer, and the upper layer is the pallet placement layer. The upper part of the shuttle car track adopts a wide-mouth design to facilitate the forklift placing the shuttle car into the track.
