Product Details
Attic platform
A double-layer storage system designed for factories and warehouses, utilizing existing space for vertical expansion to achieve a 100% increase in storage area. It uses a steel structure frame + anti-slip steel plate combination, with a load-bearing capacity of 300-1000kg/㎡. The upper level can be used for storage or as a work area, while the lower level is compatible with shelving/equipment placement. No expansion is needed to easily double the storage area; the upper level can be used for storage/office, and the lower level can be used as a sorting area or passageway.

I. Product Introduction:
Steel structure platforms utilize square steel, round steel, and H-beams as columns. H-beams or specialized C-beams and connecting beams serve as the floor load-bearing layer. They are connected according to steel structure design specifications using specially made steel mezzanine panels as the floor layer. High-strength bolts and special fasteners connect the components and floor panels. This type of racking allows for the selection of perforated floor panels or steel grating floor panels to meet the needs of enhanced lighting or fire sprinkler systems. This racking type features high load-bearing capacity, flexible design, ease of use, and convenient installation. It is widely used in workshops or warehouses to effectively increase storage capacity, suitable for stacking items. The top level of the platform can accommodate pallet trucks, etc. The design load is generally below 1000kg per square meter. It can be adapted to hydraulic lifting platforms, goods lifts, or forklifts for goods access. For taller warehouses, it can be designed as a two-story or multi-story steel structure platform. Alternatively, the columns of heavy-duty racking can be used as supports to build a platform-style rack, with the floor using steel or wood. This design has been widely used in warehousing of lighter items, such as white goods, suitable for stacking storage methods.
II. Structural Composition and Classification:
1. Composition: Platform structures typically consist of decking, main and secondary beams, columns, inter-column supports, and ladders and railings.
2. Classification: According to usage requirements, they can be classified into indoor and outdoor platforms, platforms supporting static and dynamic loads, production auxiliary platforms, and medium and heavy-duty operating platforms.
※ Modern steel structure platforms offer diverse structural forms and comprehensive functionality. Their structural characteristics include a fully assembled structure, flexible design, and the ability to be designed and manufactured to meet site requirements, usage needs, and logistics requirements. They are widely used in modern storage.
※ In today's society, land is becoming increasingly valuable and scarce. How to store as much goods as possible in limited space is a concern for many businesses. With the development of the times, the use of steel has become very common, and steel-based structures are one of the main types of current building structures.
