Modular shelving
Drawer-type shelves, also known as mold shelves, are mainly used for storing various molds. The top can be equipped with a mobile hoist (manual or electric). The bottom of the drawer is equipped with roller tracks, and even when loaded, it can still be easily pulled with minimal force. It is equipped with a positioning safety device, which is safe and reliable. According to the load-bearing capacity, it can be divided into lightweight and heavyweight types. Easy operation: Using bearing combinations, sliding and shifting, and equipped with an independent mold lifting device, no large cranes or forklifts are needed.

I. Introduction to Mold Rack
Used for storing small and medium-sized molds. An optional hand-operated chain hoist trolley is available for the top, facilitating the lifting and retrieval of molds. Rollers are installed under the drawer plates, allowing for easy pulling even under heavy loads. The mold racks are all modular, simple and quick to install, and easy to disassemble and transport. Typically, each layer has a load capacity of less than 500K.
II. Product Features of Mold Racks
1. Modular Assembly: Primarily composed of columns, guide grooves, drawer layers, pull rods, and positioning pins, connected using bolts. The structure is stable, safe, and reliable, generally used in rows.
2. Drawer Trays: Mainly consist of slides and drawer trays. The drawer trays are composed of a frame welded from rectangular tubes and bent parts, and steel plates. Each slide is fixed with two bearings at the front and rear, top and bottom, allowing for smooth rolling within the guide groove, resulting in low resistance and easy drawer pulling.
3. For safety reasons, the mold rack drawer trays are designed with positioning pins and limit pins to ensure safety during drawer extraction.
4. Light-duty mold racks have a load capacity of 200 to 800 kg/layer. Heavy-duty drawer-type racks have a load capacity of 800 to 1500 kg/layer.
5. Mold racks occupy less space, have a high load capacity, detailed classification, and simple operation.
6. Drawer trays can also be installed on the beams of pallet racks, saving costs and providing a more stable structure.
III. Advantages of Mold Racks
Drawer-type racks, also known as mold racks, are mainly used for storing various mold items; a mobile hoist (hand-operated or electric) can be installed on the top; rollers are installed at the bottom of the drawers, allowing for easy pulling even under heavy loads; additional positioning safety devices ensure safety and reliability; they are classified into light-duty and heavy-duty types according to load capacity.
