Product Details
Cantilever racking
A warehousing solution designed specifically for extra-long materials such as pipes, plates, and profiles, using a heavy-duty steel cantilever structure. Adjustable arm length and angle easily accommodate the storage of irregular materials from 2 to 6 meters. Open access: forklifts can load and unload directly, improving operational efficiency by 50%; ultra-high adaptability: supports single-sided/double-sided, fixed/mobile combinations; industrial-grade protection: surface pickling and phosphating treatment, rust and corrosion resistant.

1. Cantilever Rack Introduction:
Cantilever racking is an important type of racking. It is suitable for storing long materials, ring-shaped materials, plates, pipes, and irregular goods. The cantilever can be single-sided or double-sided. Cantilever racking features stable structure, good load-bearing capacity, and high space utilization. The columns of cantilever racking mostly use H-section steel or cold-rolled steel, and the cantilever uses square tubes or cold-rolled steel. For H-section steel, the cantilever and column are connected by insertion or bolts, and the base and column are connected by bolts. The base uses cold-rolled steel or H-section steel.
2. Structural Advantages of Cantilever Racking:
Cantilever racking is suitable for storing long materials, ring-shaped materials, plates, pipes, and irregular goods. The cantilever can be single-sided or double-sided. Cantilever racking features a stable structure, good load-bearing capacity, and high space utilization. Goods are accessed by forklifts, cranes, or manually. The rack height is usually within 2.5 meters (if accessed by forklift, it can be as high as 6 meters), the cantilever length is within 1.5 meters, and the load per arm is usually within 1000KG.
3. Applications of Cantilever Racking:
Cantilever racking is suitable for storing long materials, ring-shaped materials, plates, pipes, and irregular goods. This type of racking is often used in the machinery manufacturing industry and building materials supermarkets. With the addition of shelves, it is particularly suitable for small and low-height warehouses, offering convenient management and a wide field of vision. Compared with ordinary shelving, it has higher utilization.
