IV. Technical Description
Material: High-quality cold-rolled steel
Uprights: Made of special C-shaped structure punching, with holes arranged in a straight line at 75mm intervals. The holes in the uprights are used for hanging beams.
Steel shelves: Made of cold-rolled steel plates bent on four sides to the required size. The uprights and beams are connected via quick-release clips and connectors.
Load per shelf: 80-150KG
After all parts of the rack are processed and formed, they are assembled into finished products after grinding, pickling, phosphating, fully automatic powder electrostatic spraying, and drying.
Welding process: Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding process
V. Detailed Description
The beams adopt a P-shaped structure, with hanging pieces (also called column clips) welded at both ends to connect the uprights; the shelves are made of steel plates with pressed edges and welded, with three to four reinforcing ribs welded underneath. The height of the shelves can be freely adjusted in increments of 75mm. The surface of the rack is smooth and beautiful, and it is easy to disassemble and assemble. It is widely used and suitable for lighter workplaces with small parts and accessories. Each shelf can bear 80-150kg, mainly for manual handling, storage, and picking operations.
